Unfortunately, I doubt all of those were bad. But I'm betting they replaced one thing and that didn't work, so on to the next and the next and the next.....

That's how dealers do warranty work-they don't fix things as much as just replace them. Honestly, I would rather them replace as many parts a possible under warranty, as long as they do it right.
I would rather them freshen all that stuff instead of say just replace a sensor or something.
Since it cost you nothing, wouldn't you rather have new cats, new throttle body, new mass air meter and new Intake meter(whatever that is) instead of say just the new intake meter. I would.

Ah but you forget - all that needless work adds to the price of the new Lexus cars/trucks. So one way or another, we all pay for it.

IF, this had happened to me..
1. I would know that all of those parts did not need to be replaced
2. I would not care if my cats were new or old - I WOULD however be worried about some new rattle they created.
3. I would know that the costs were absorbed by Toyota and were needless
So to be totally honest, no, I would not state otherwise.
I had a Supra where they needlessly changed the heater core one time. The dash rattled like CRAZY after that. So no, I do NOT like needless work on my car - even if the parts are new.
