![Question](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
Greetings,
I currently have the stock rear (lighted) aero wing installed on my GS
and would like to upgrade to the '03 Sport design rear lip but a few questions
came to mind.
1)-How difficult is it to remove the rear wing and the wires from the wing stop light?
2)-When stock wing is removed will there be drill hole marks from the stock wing?
3)-If there are holes will the SD Lip cover the holes or will my trunk require some body work?
Thanks

Disclaimer: This info is from reading members' experiences. I do not have either wing but just wanted to give you a heads up.

Thanks Neo
According to your info this must have been an aftermarket intall because i
actually have 4 brake lights 1- on the wing / 1-third eye and 2 in the rear.
Aggghhhhh if body work is required thats more money.

Hey B, happy new year,
I dont know the how feasible this is, but you may look to find another member that has a black GS with no wing, and see if they will exchange trunk lids with you! Now from a VIN number standpoint I dont know, since the vin is printed on the trunklid (maybe swap decals?)
Just and idea to help!

Let me know if you go ahead and get the new spolier i might be interested in buying the stock GS style spoiler off you and i'm located in Connecticut. I also have a black 00 GS300 Platinum series so it should be black onyx.
Thanks

NYBlkLex,
Sounds good do you have a site with pictures of your GS300 i want to see the wing on your car, also do you know if its an OEM lexus wing? Just let me know what happens. Also tell me about some of your performance mods on your GS3 what really works and what doesnt i need some more power cause damn there slower over all! I mean they got alot of pep and feel effortless to accelerate but there just not fast enough. (RMM exhaust / PLP intake/Crank Pulley) What works is the SRT intake the way to go? If you would like shoot me an email.
