How did you guys get rid of those front lisence plate holes?
I just recently bought my 2000 GS300 PS and sure enough it has the front lisence plate holes in the bumper. I cant stand when the car compnay puts the hole in the bumper and doesnt give you the option to take it off w/o leaving a mark. But i have noticed that alot of you dont have these holes tell me how to take care of this problem or it looks like i will just have to have them filled and have it repainted when i install the TTE front lip.
Thanks

Holes in your front bumper
Yeah, I have the same problem. They anly way to fix it is to fill and paint them, or get a new front bumper.
I took a black plastic cap and installed them into the bumper. They are small and black, and kind of look like the parking distance sensors, but I have none on hte back. Looks kind of lame.
Good luck, and post some pics once you get your lip. I am thinking of investing in a TTE also.

Bumper plugs
I just email the company to see if they offer anything that will fit the Lexus. It would be great for their business, and I know there are quite a few owners here that would jump on a product like this.

Here come the plugs!
Ok, I have been emailing Eric Sklut at bumperplugs and he was very helpful. I know it isn't like the sacrifice some here on CL have made to get us mods and information ( Romini and the Blackwood experiment/investment ) but I have ordeded the bumper plugs and also the door plugs to see if they will fit.
Once I get the items I will let you know how things turn out, and post pics.
Can't wait!

Ok,
Got them Friday afternoon, but was so busy this weekend I wasn't able to get them on. I did got out when I first got them to see about fitment. I ill have to drill the holes out a bit first, but not an issue. I also got the key slot covers for the doors. It looks like I will have to modify those to fit the key slot, but I will post pics of both as soon as I get them in. Hopefully tonight. Oh, and the color match for silver is pretty darn close!
Thanks,
Joel
