Last week i was at the Dealer, and i was told da new gen GS will be on the lot on mid April.

That will be in 2005 and not 2004. The GS is a 2006 model year and the VP of Lexus states during the unveiling for early 2005 release. Talked to the local dealership and it usually means March production. We will probably get the GS before you get yours in the states.
