That's Fabulous Expand. It also comes in deep-dish version. We have been slapping those wheels on Mercedez and Bimmers over here for at least 2 years now. Comes with some serious fat lips and crazy offsets too....
If my deal for my wheels go through well in the next couple of days, you will see my car with some crazy fat wheels too.....
but I am not going with Fabulous wheels, too common here.
