May have spoke too soon. Looks like we broke the dang thing getting it out. There are a couple of small plastic pieces chunks that fell off. Now you have to press the door a few times to get it to open, and close it a few times before it says closed.
Anyone know what Lexus wants for a new ash tray unit.

wait, what did you pull? you opened up the door and pull the door? man if so that's a big mistake. i said pull the ash tray as a whole @_@ the door is a moving part, it has spring, latches, etc... pulling it at that force will break something easily for sure
