With such high mileage on my car my question is whether it's best to just stick to Mobil 1 Syn or put in something like Valvoline Max life which is "supposedly" designed for higher mileage engines?
I'm guessing the Mobil 1 will just be fine and no oil is reall going to restore engine life for me?
PS: At my mileage, should I be changing the spark plugs soon? Unless they got done at the big 90k service?
TIA

I just saw a commercial for that Valvoline max stuff and thought, what the hell maybe I should try it. But it's not even synthetic so I guess I'll forget about it.
Simple enough, thanks!
Anyone know about those spark plugs? Do they change them at 90k?

If there isn't complete service data, then I would go ahead and order some OEM Denso or NGK Iridium plugs (about $10 each or you can try the oft-quoted Torquemaster plugs). It's cheap insurance, and it'll ensure that your car runs at its peak.
