Default Tuning

jcramair1, who's doing your tuning? Talk to TTurbo Pimp, he was by the shop to get a different
pully and some tuning done. You may be at your limit in hp as far as superchargers go. Oh
and I did take him for a ride in mine...

That is the only thing that would hold me back from selling my S/C and going with a TT setup
jcramair1, If this is the only thing thats keeping you from going with the TT set up, then theres no debate....go to SRT and get it done. Flash was kind enough to take me for a ride in his TT set up...before the new valve body upgrade, and his car is a beast. It felt like more than 500hp, and it is a COMPLETELY different ride than the SC set up.

If you got the cash...go for it. I can gaurantee you wont be dissapointed.

Flash do you see your car hitting into the high 11s with everything running 100%? Has SRT given you what they would consider max HP/TQ gains on your setup? Also how does your car hookup with this kind of power? Do you feel that the frame and the strucure of the car is planted when nailing it? Sorry for the questions...

Default hp/traction

the questions are cool.
I'm only running @14psi: the turbos I have are no where near there efficiency range.(t3/t4 ceramic
ball bearing). Unfortunately, I still have the MAF sensor in place which starts to lean the car out above
14psi. I'm planning to go with the greddy e-manage shortly which will take care of that problem.
It'll allow me to run upwards of 21psi. That should put at about 600rwhp; 11's here I come.
As far as the traction...anyone here thats driven a car thats putting down that much hp knows
its a different kinda ride altogether - gotta respect the power at all times. With that said, when
i go to the track I use my Mickey Thompson E/T street drags...no problem. On the street you
can never just nail it; to much power. Trust me though, the power is instant so it doesn't
take much to pretty much kill just about anything on the street. I don't bother posting kills
because its laughable. Too many to count

Mo, is this from your original custom SC'd GS400 beast? Last I saw it was sitting in the back of the shop at SRT with no engine in it. Is it back running again?

I need to get my car retuned since I have finished my breakin period! MOE !!!! LOL

My last dyno was at 11psi at around 449 rwhp, hopefully with my new mods I will be near 500rwhp.

Don't forget about Mr. Johnson's SC GS400, Ken's TT GS400, Mariuz's TT GS400, and I know there are a couple of turboed GS300's too.

Hey Dave,
Yes that was the numbers that I had set back in 2001 with a single supercharger.

The car is not done yet due to my lack of time in getting it back together, just been too busy with all the customers rides.

However I have all the parts and am doing something special to it just like TTurboPimp said It will definitely be the ultimate TT setup and my goals... well with race gas the RWHP will be in the quad digits

There is another GS4 in here right now that should be done by late February/early March that I am sure you all will see a LOT of all across the country this year.

What's up with your ride? Have not spoken to you in a while.
