Question Quick Question

Guys,

Does the GS look hot with 20inch wheels and drop? or, do you feel when installing 20s the car will need a body kit? I've looked at many GS pictures here in the CL gallery, but most have 20s and a bodykit.
My reason for asking is that I want to install 20s on my GS with a drop, but I'm afraid the car will still look a bit high.

If you drop it, it will look nice with the 20" wheel, the kit will make it look better, but it will not look bad! You MUST lower the GS when you mount 20s though!

Check out this pic, the black car only has a small front lip, Eibach springs and 20s

Here is another with no lip, but it has a "fat" tire 20" setup, plus a drop.

I would say try it and you'll find out. my car has 20" rims ltuned sides and grill and ltuned exhaust but my car is not dropped I will be dropping it in the future and add a TTE lip but thats what i want to do now you can drop your car and if you feel you need to put a kit on (which more than likely you will because CL does that to you) you will

on bob's car he's just running 255/35/20 and 285/30/20, i don't think it's really a fat setup, it's not like running 245/40/20 and 275/35/20

Thats true Rom, I was just trying to note that it is different from the "norm" (245/35 & 275/30), maybe I should say he is running the "heavy set" configuration, or maybe the "slow metabolism" setup LOL

Just messin wit'cha man!

and about the gs with 20s and drop but no kits, i think it looks ok but a kit would make it 100 times better. putting a gs with 19s and a gs with 20s, dropped to the same wheel gap, the gs with 19s would actually look a lot better. the extra inch of ground clearance on the gs with 20s actually does make the car look higher.

i think synergy's car is a good example. he has 20s and the car was dropped pretty darn low, no gap at all. however every time i saw it i just feel the car being a bit high. now he got the tte lip and the ltuned sides (they are very mild setup already), and man, is that a huge improvement.

That is GSTRANCE's car when he had the chrome Enkei's, and I must have PM'd him about 5times about the height of his car!!! I always say DAMN those are the lowest Eibachs I have ever seen!! he did not cut them ( I asked), so I guess they just settled that low. I think someone slipped some Eibach stickers on a set of Espelirs and mailed them to GSTRANCE! LOL

I dont know why, but I have always loved that pic!

i don't think a bodykit is needed but do think it does look more aggressive and nicer with one but thats just my opinion...
