Does anyone know how the Veilside kit look without the front bumber, just the stock one? Would it look odd?

Don't do it. I will look very odd. It will look like you have put 500 lb stereo equipment in the trunk

Why not go with the veilside sides ,rear, and either a lsportline or rmm front? The polyurethane front will hold up to the scrapes or it should and it won't crack like fiberglass. I wouldn't let steep driveways from stop you from getting a kit.

Hey if you are really worried about the front part of your kit look for RMMGS4 links and see that he made the ultimate driveway killer and his front kit is still perfect. But I think that a Poly front end would be better than a fiberglass one. I have a fiberglass front end on my Honda and it hasn't held up good over the years.
