From the looks of that car it is the TTE grille. The TTE grille comes without the emblem as I recall and is just solid black mesh. Most people do add the emblem for the stock look though,

I have never seen the TTE grill until now? Looks like they just attached the emblem on with some tape? Looks good though. I do not however, like the squareness of the grill from the pic, I like the roundness of the L-tuned better.

But no, they're not really alike at all. Different mesh, one has bar across the middle, different surround. Apart from that they're the same.
