Cons: Overdone styling, gauges wash out in direct sunlight, no manual transmission, navigation system bundled with controls that work better with ***** and buttons.

Overdone styling?????? They gotta be joking
Some of these auto sites and magazines dont know what they are talking about.
I was at a newstand recently looking through Cosumer Reports magazine, They said the GS430 does
0 to 60 in 7 seconds.

Well, IMO the styling has stood the test of time, and I really don't see how the guages can ever be in direct sunlight since they are so recessed, but I have to agree with the comments re: the bundling of the nav system. This is my 2nd GS w/ Nav/Lev, and I wish the HVAC and radio buttons were outside the nav screen rather than on it. I only bought the Nav so I could get the Levinson stereo. That said, like it or not... that also seems to be a trend in new cars. I Drive, COMAND, etc., etc. Oh well.
