Hei guys,
as some of you may know... I was hit by the GS curse just over a month ago and I think I have decided not to keep the GS. I dont know if it is worth fixing and selling or just selling as is (salvaged). If i fix it, I will spend upwards of between 4,000-10,000 dollars and be able to sell it for around 15-20k. If I sell it as is with the damage, I dont know what I can get for it... someone has told me that it would only get 8k, maybe less.
I have converted over to the darkside... hehe... I fell in love with the Bimmer 540i and may or may not get one within a year's time. I dont know. I am in shambles right now. It's been nice knowing you guys for the longest time. I've seen people come and go. maybe it's my turn now. well... hopefully, I'll see you guys around sometime.

It's really sad to see you go but after 2 major accidents and ownership for many years, it's time for you to make some changes.
Good luck with whatever the Bimmer model you're getting. Stop by sometimes, you'll be remembered.

Thanks for the support... I will take some pix. I can't get the insurance to fix it since my parents paid cash for the car and put it under liability insurance (the 2nd party is covered, not my car). Someone is offering to buy the car already to fix it up and sell it. Dont know what the offer is yet. but I think I will definitely be getting a new car. My dad is kinda wary about me getting a lux car. He wants me to buy a truck. I dont mind, but I like the feel of cars better than SUV's (that's just IMHO).
Well, I really love the 5. Hopefully, by the end of the year, I will have saved up enough to cash the sucker. when i look at the car, i really dont see anything that can be modified though. I like the wheels, the kit, lights, body moulding, etc... only complaint is i cant get it without I-drive. That thing is really complex (and I am an Computer IT person). Well, I'll keep you updated. I doubt I will leave CL completely. This forum is like a drug! Im addicted. geez, 5 years! I know i dont post that often... but I am always here. Hei,.... see ya soon... again..
