haha you know me so well man! actually it took me about 2 mins to get used to. i was very scared in the beginning coz' i have tan interior so blackwood i never know what it would be like. for grey and black interior it's no brainer, but tan i didn't know. however, i still made the call, stuff came back, put them on, and man, am i in love. this is awesome!

PS. give me another day or two, i have more stuff for you guys

oh and hey, anyone interested in the blackwood?

well, let's just say i have thought about that and it's also underway "somehow"?

BTW, I may be reaching with this but is a blackwood steering wheel possible???
good question mike. i don't have wood steering wheel so i didn't try (but i did try my shift ****, which is perfect). i asked the shop and they said it's no problem at all on wood steering wheel, all about money. as far as i know the price should be pretty decent, considering that i am paying less now than getting the jdm blackwood kits

Thumbs up

Pics look great! Looks like your efforts paid off. I'd like to see it up close when you're in the LA area, as I have the black interior & I'm on the fence.

Way to go Henry. Looks great. With my silver car and gray interior I could see doing that, then I'd have a more monochromatic theme.

If you are going to do the stereo and HVAC control plates, do you think the pattern matches the NA Lexus blackwood design? I am very interested...what is the rough price estimate on doing these?

Thanks.

paul, i actually think the grey interior would go the BEST with blackwood. if anything, i think my tan interior would be the hardest match to blackwood. definitely think about it. there is a grey interior tester out there already (i won't name them) but you can see the pics when it's done
