What oil do you use?

Ever since I bought the car in 2001, I've been using Mobil 1 5w-30 fully synthetic oil, and Mobil 1 oil filters only. And I fill up with 91octane... which is so damn expensive in San Diego at close to $3 for regular gas...
I also personally change my oil every 4k to 5k miles, and I never notice any change in oil level from the time I do the change until it's time for a change. I don't know if that means Mobil 1 oil doesn't burn away either. And I wouldn't know about improved gas mileage either since I only use mobil 1, but maybe I'll try that Royal Purple stuff next time.
