well that's why i never go into the part of "you get what you pay for coz' the real stuff fits better" no it's not. original stuff doesn't mean it's going to fit perfect. to me you get the real stuff just coz' you need to do your car right. i think my car deserves the best, simple as that.

and for example
1) lsportline kits they never fit well. i have seen the lsportline kits on the GS and the IS. boy is the fitment bad
2) my ugo body kits it didn't fit well too. a lot of gaps and stuff to fill up and fix
3) rmm kits, i have heart more complains about their fitment than anything
4) junction produce kits. if only you know how tough the kit fits on the car.

to fit the body kits perfect, it's all about the body shop. if they are good they can make stuff fit, cut, trim, drill, pud, fill, etc...

You guys, all these kits you mention, Veilside, WIN, Wise SPorts, Junction Produce and other Japanese kits are not fiberglass. They are FRP. Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic. Its basically plastic on the outside with fiberglass reinforced on the inside. My Junction Produce kit was made out of FRP. It has some what more flexibility than full fiberglass kits you see in the US. The fitment on my kit was near perfect. Some of the flaws came from my install that I rushed. You can see where my body shop did it, and where I did the door caps. Like Rominl said, everything will depend on your body shop. The main thing is the bumpers. If their mold sucks, ALL of their bumpers won't come out right. All of those knock-off body kits are mass produced. Using probably one mold. Junction Produce on the other hand will make your kit to order. It might take longer, and also cost a bit more, but they want to guarantee fitment and quality of your kit.

yes, to add to what junction GS said, most of the kits from japan are made of FRP. it gives a bit more flexing but don't (never) expect it to flex anywhere like the urethene. if you hit something, you will more than likely to crack it right the way. it does help a bit when you are doing the install though, coz' it allows you to pull a bit here and there to fit well.
