Interested in buying a new GS 430. Since the 2002 model will be coming soon, shouldn't I get a pretty good deal? How much have you guys spent on the 2001 GS 430? Any places to get a hell of a deal?

2002 coming soon? It won't be until late September or October. Still a good 1/2 year to wait. Where do you live? Where's Foster City? Tell us what dealerships are around you and we'll tell you which one is good or who to talk to.

First of all, where is Foster City, if you are in S.cal, i can let you in on some info on the latest prices. i just helped another member bought a gs430 fully loaded at the best price anywhere.

second, we are still 5-6 months away before the arrival of 2002s. but the price did came down a bit from earlier this year. for example:

gs430 with premium pkg. is now ~$900-1300 over invoice. it was $15k-20k over invoice.
gs430 with ML ann NAV would be more due to fewer number available.

if you are in S.cal, let me know your email address. a buddy of mine is a manager at a very large dealership, he has the best prices.

'Soon' isn't until October, so no deals until then, and bear in mind the GS430 isn't made in huge quantities, so if you wait until the end, colors/options are limited.

the $2000 over invoice was what one of the members who actually paid(with premium pkg.) for when the gs430 first arrived.
in jan. of this year, i introduced my college roomate to a gs430 with premium pkg for $1500 over invoice.

currently, a relatively large dealership typically has 5-10 gs430 with premium pkg in stock here in S.cal area.

20k is 20000 over invoice. Wouldn't someone just get a Carrera?

Foster City is located just S of San Francisco and happens to be the place where I was born. Luckily my parents realized they made a mistake and moved back home to NY to raise me, hehe! I have the Foster City sign in my garage from back in 1978 with the population and elevation on it. Can only imagine how high the population is there now and maybe the elevation went down from all those tremors, haha! Anyway, I hope this is the Foster City jkim007 is located in, otherwise I look like an a$$.
