Navigation is the same and is an option on both.
Spoiler is the same and is an option on both.
98-00 only the GS4 has eshift on wheel.
01+ only the GS3 has eshift on wheel (GS430 does not)
Gearing is different in GS3 (higher, around 3.9 I think where GS4 is 3.23)
HIDs came on more GS4s but you could option them on a GS3.
Wood/leather shift **** on GS4 vs leather on GS3

blkazn- thats a good one!!! the funny thing is, she even said "them old Lexus aint safe" (note the perfect grammar, and indication of her mental capacity), then hopped in her 03 Maxima! I have a feeling once I get my rims, the car dropped, the Roof Spoiler and the Lip spoiler, that people are going to be SICK and hating. By then I'll have my baby in a garage. Safe from the Keyers and Door Dingers.
