Default new mods released -- grille, and more!

well i got yet some more new stuff for the car. nothing really big like the ugo kit and the hre wheels i had (man i don't think i can afford too many of them anyway, hahaha.....) but it's neat nonetheless. specially the grille, a lot of people have been asking about it

1) DSR grille. i don't think anyone else in the US had this before me. painted it in two tone color

2) full custom xpel install on the grille

3) OEM hid headlights (replace my old halogen headlights with 6000k hid kit)

4) philips 6000k d2r headlight bulbs

5) tein CS coilover (to replace my tein flex)

6) finished all blackwood pieces inside the car

7) not really a mod but a full maintenance on the car (full tranny flush, differential fluid flush, oil change, full brake bleed)

the car is very happy

this is the new grille. originally i wanted to get the netz but after talknig to some people i came across this, at a much better price. i love it, and to make it stand out more, i painted it two tone. the center bars have a more metallic feel to them.

the fitment is simply perfect, my piece is not pre-drilled for the latch but the retail one will be. the price is very affordable imho, i was kinda surprised. if you guys are interested please post a reply here. i am guaging interests here. no i won't be selling them, but a VERY REPUTABLE vendor here on clublexus will. so as usual, the more the interest the lower the price

btw, the color is a bit off coz' i didn't have time to drop off my car with the shop.... maybe later i will fix that

Default i LOVE the car...

Rom, i love ur car, always have. the color and everything go so nice. but i have to say that im not a big fan of the grille, idk wut it is, but the top part of it seems "too big" but thats my $0.02. if YOU like it, thats the ONLY thing that matters. also, did u purchase NEW headlights and added an HID kit?? btw, wut did u ever do w/those rims in ur sig??... u still have them??

Very nice. Can't wait to see it in person. But I have to agree, the top edge of the grill looks a little funny the way it extends over and out.

Rom -

I love the two-tone.....matches really well with the body color and your HREs.

The grill looks great on darker color GS....but Im wondering how it would look on lighter color GS (white, silver, etc...) particularly regarding the top edge of the grill overlapping the hood.

Btw....which Netz Sport grill did you like?

haha no problem guys, i take all comments as long as they are constructive it's not like eveyrone likes the same stuff

varcity64 - no i sold my old volks already, but i haven't gotten the time to update my sig yet. soon to come, i promise, soon to come

redgs4 - sure let's see when we can hit up each other. in fact i felt the same thing about the top bar when i first saw it too. kinda thick, but the more i look at it i start to get used to it. i thought about paining that silver too, but decided not to, coz' i don't want too much silver. if anything, i think the car looks better from a distance

Hey Henry,

Coo mods! Looks awesome as usual. But some tips, your metering might be a bit off. Cause in some pics the car doesn't seem to get it's full value in the picture. Might try metering on a lighter part of the car. But everything looks good
