Ummmmm....let me think....I'll pass on Penn weather.....actually my cousin lives in Penn....she hates it there.....only reason she there is cuz her husband's family lives in Penn....and he wanted to live close to home.....she's born and raised in Hawaii....poor thing....but that's her choice.
