There is rattle noise in my front left door, and it bother me for a long time.
So I put my car into Lexus of Stevens Creek, CA and ask for a adjustment. In the mean time, I also point out that my car's paint has some water spot, which I can't remove them .
(I don't expect anything, and just want to get some advices from the technician, because, at this time, my GS is under extension warranty, but not bumper-to-bumper warranty).
To my surprise, Lexus gave me a free loaner car, and fix all the paint problem one day late without any charge.
My GS like new again.
Thanks Lexus!

Trust me man, Lexus customer service is the reason I would buy their product for life! As with anything there are bad seeds (Watertown Lexus did not give me that warm and fuzzy feeling!! LOL), but I have had some great experiences with them. Do a search for my name and read about my tranny issue and what a great service experience I had!

Our service experiences with a 1996 ES300, 2000 GS400 and our 2002 LS430 have been exceptional! Lexus of Carlsbad, CA has always provided us unquestioned service. Raymond Stahan and his boss Kevin Carroll run the most professional service department I have ever had the pleasure of using. Forget the pasteries, flat panel TVs, newspaper, magazines and custom coffee service. They have gone back to the old concept that says, "The customer is always right." What a wonderful concept!
Now that European automakers have fallen behind the U.S. manufacturers in quality and they always have had terribly arrogant service, if they don't get their head out of their butts they'll be out of business. Indeed the only thing they seem good at selling is a story about their great "German" engineering and their over priced MB "Tristar" and BMW "Propeller" insignia.
