Post Lower door panels

Is it possible to remove the exterior lower door panels (highlighted)?
And if so, what are the steps?

I did this last night ( The wife opened the door on a HIGH curb and it cracked the rubber thingy at the bottom... It is very easy just make sure it is warm so you dont break the plastic clips. You have three black nuts to remove they were 10mm then take a screw driver with a small towel around it and pry slowly @ the bottom. It should all them just come off.

Does the inner door panel have to be removed to do this?

Post Removing lower cladding.

ShowDiscipline,
Inner door panels stay on. Just remove the black 10mm nuts and the rest is held on by double stick foam and plastic clips. You can also look at the new one and figure it all out. It's easy.

yup, i have seen them replaced before and the inner door panel stays. the 10mm bolts are at the bottom, and the piece is held on with tapes and clips. i think the tapes are what keeping the panel on pretty tight
