I saw another guy has idle too low problem lately. Mine one is 05 GS300 145K, cold idle speed at Drive is 500rpm and a little vibrate - AC/lamp off. It seems only happens at winter - bay area winter is not cold may be 50-60F. At Neutral and park the idle goes to 700rpm no vibration.
I replaced valve cover gasket, PCV and MAF, and tried to adjust TPS, it can increase idle but will drop back in a few days.
I know the throttle wiring mechanism has slack and somebody add a 3D piece to remove it and open throttle to 100%. I forgot the link and not sure it will improve.
