Thanks for the compliments guys. I really can't take credit for the blackened trim and burnished badges. The original owner did it. =) There are a couple spots that need to be touched up though so when I find out what I need I'll let you know Dave.
D, had my heart set on those Dronells for a while but had to go with the staggered 19s...Jose (A5500)
gave me a great deal and delivered them to the shop while the other things were being done too.
The drop IS low. I'd originally decided on leaving a two finger gap...Then I saw a nice tucked M3 and an S430 that was tucked very nicely and said "take it down more." =) I drove around with all my old parts in the trunk and the four tires (bagged up) in the back seat and NO rubbing. I was amazed. I figured all that weight was good the suspension to settle quickly. Then I did rub a little coming out of the driveway this a.m. Gotta come in and go out at a slight angle. But the CS is G-R-E-A-T even that low...No bouncing like springs and it literally feels pretty comfortable. All the write-ups saying they feel like the stock setup (comfort) are accurate. The sways (set at medium linkage) are GREAT too. I've probably driven the car more in this one weekend than I have the month I've had it. (ha ha)
The exhaust is great. I especially like the deep growl at startup. =) And the grumble when it's pulling. Other than that my music is usually up enough to drown out anything else...and the audio installs
are next. =)
I've got A LOT of compliments on the wheels...so many people asking (assuming) if they're 20s. (ha ha) Then explaining the staggered setup (19x8 fr 19x10 rr). One knowledgeable Lexus owner thought they were the LSportline Model IV 3-piece...then his jaw dropped when he asked what kind of deal I got. =)
So, when a certain somebody (HA HA) gets me some certain dimensions I can prep for the big exterior finish...I'll probably have to raise it a bit then.
There are some more pics in the gallery and a bunch more I haven't uploaded yet.
Thanks again guys.

And I can't forget about the REAL big dawg on the block. My Rott checking out the neighbor check out the new look. They tend to speak from a distance when he's around.
He approves.
