You just apply some silicon glue on both ends of the spoiler then use some masking tape to hold them down for a couple hours. I had mine on for almost a month now and it stays up there very well

Did you silicone it to the glass?

I tried fitting it myself once when it first came, just to see what it would look like on the car and I did notice that I might have to bend it a little to fit it better but I figured that the double sided tape would take care of that.

silicone on the rubber roof peice... tried on the glass.. but the roof spoiler sits weird.. and dosnt fully come in contact with the glass... i put silicone on the rubber peice.. laid the spoiler down how i wanted it... (spoiler was sticking up a little... so i put books top/back part of the spoiler to weigh it down... and duck taped it in place for 2daysssss)

AHhhhhhhhhhhh....that's what I thought I might have to do since the curviture of the spoiler didn't quite sit perfectly along the contact line.

I'll have to do more inspecting when I get this car back and see what's what since it's warmer now outside. I can drive the rental a few more days after getting the car back so letting it sit for a couple days to seal and harden won't be a problem.

This means I'll have to tear the Jag up a few more days....

You need 2 persons when you install the roofspoiler. The roofspoiler is a little flexible. Probably the best thing is to ask 2 people to hold the roofspoiler to the window and you take a look. Leave the holes in the back, these are needed to vent the roofspoiler (release the hot air).
Use thin tape (the red 3M industrial strength doublesided tape) and add a few drops of black silicon glue. when you press both ends, it should just align properly. Then use some tape (not sure how that type is called), that helps to let the roofspoiler cure properly.

you need to people to install the roofspoiler.

after you installed it , use tape to give it some additional support, since both the 3M doublesided tape as the silicon glue will need a day to cure to its max. strength.
