I'm thinking of going with L-Tuned Exhaust for my 1998 GS4, but I'd like to see how many people actually like / dislike the L-Tuned exhaust.

I had L-Tuned for a short while but removed it because of a) the resonance around 2000-2300 rpm and b) SHE WHO MUST BE OBEYED was a bit more put out by same. So I'm back to stock, but still thinking about Borlas. Really want something with just a bit more throat than my old SC400 had; guess I'm just getting old (no, wait, I AM old!!).

Scott, I have L-Tuned, and the drone around 2K may well have driven me nuts over time had I not made some other changes: sound proofed trunk and under back seat, then put in the Precision torque converter which keeps the rpms a bit higher on part throttle, and then put in the Supra LSD which keeps rpms higher all the time when moving. All those things keeps my car out of the 'drone zone' most of the time, so I love my exhaust.
One other note about the droning, it happened worse for me when the air temp was cool (under 50) than when warmer.
