I waited an extra 2 months to get the right car in this color, it's by far my favorite for this body style.
Yours is easily the cleanest all around blue GS on the site so I'll take your advice on wax. I have rims coming on monday and exhaust tips any day now so I'll probably spend the weekend getting my car ready for them. I'll post some pics when It's done.

Thanks again for the advice!

I was in the same situation a couple of months ago. But after lots of research, I got myself a gs. The new body style is great and I like it a lot.

But I have found out the reliability of the car is very random. In some cases the car runs find, and other cases the car spends more time at audi then the road. And this was coming from the Audi boards.

Also the interior was very boring. I went to the LA auto show, wanting to buy it already, but once I sat in it, I felt like the car was from 1989. I don't know if Audi engineers wanted it that way, but I hated it. Nothing from the interior appealed to me at all.

The gs has the reliablity which was the most appealing thing to me. The body style and interior style is great, and it does the job. All the member's here are great and supportive. I didn't feel a real "bond" in the Audi forums that I were in.

The gs also keeps its value!

The new body style of the Audi came out in 02, so you have to be especially careful, because it could be a lemon.

When it comes down, it's really up to you. You have to weigh out all the pros and cons of each car and see which is most important to you.
