Default Retorque driveshaft flange bolts

I noticed in the maintenance schedule that you should retorque your drive shaft flange bolts. Do you DIY's do this? Has anyone ever found them to be loose? Just curios

My brother's 98 SC400 had a bad center bearing, so instead of buying a new one and rebalancing the whole drive shaft, he just bought a whole new driveshaft. No idea about retorquing though. Hopefully someone will chime in.

Sure it wouldn't hurt to be safe and do it though.
