Door lock actuator- fixed @ no charge
Ive been having problems with my door lock actuator on my GS4... another guy in my office has been having the same problem... so I called Lexus Headquarters and complained about what I thought should be on a tech service bull. which it had not been. They contacted my local dealer and arranged to have it fixed no charge.
That is another good reason to own a lexus... Unbelievable customer service.
