**The Unveiling** Stage I of the Blue Beast-- The cover is off!
Well, It's been around 6 month's to the date when I first got my 98 GS, That was in October. Even before I got the car, I had biiiiiiiiiiiiiig plans.
Well, that christmas, the first mod's came in, My 20" Giovanna Attack 2's, Falken 245's all around, clear Side Markers, and Borla Axle back exhaust.
After slapping on the 20's, I had plans to lower it after seeing before and after pictures, and getting quite annoyed with the giant fender gap.
Came upon Airtrack, who was parting out his car, and quickly grabbed his system, sounds awesome, subs hit so hard it flexes the roof.... I love it! I have an autotek mono amp which is pumping out 1500 watts total to two 12 W6's in a custom box. The Focal Component 6.5"'ers are powered by the 300 Watt Autotek 4-channel. Man, these things scream!!!
After a couple month's research, and some money allocation, I purchased a set of Espelir Springs, and Ltuned shocks. Once I put em on, I new I had a problem. My gigantic system in the back pulled the rear about an inch and a half lower than the front....so I had 3 finger gap up front, and the tire tucking in back.
After a month, I got tired of it, found a used set of Tein Flex Coils on the classifides, and swapped those babies out along with a Tein EDFC I got locally from DPSGS430. Man, what a difference, the Flex handles so well it's insane. Highway runs at 4 a.m. proved that point well.
After Lowering it a ways, I sat back, and gawked at how good It looked.
Well, That's Stage 1, Stage 2 involves a new Headunit, Navigation system, and Body Kit, All of this will be done by the end of summer.
Stage 3, well, thats engine work....2JZ-GTE w/ a 6-spd is what I have my eye on..... Of course, hopefully I can come up with the cash to fund that project.
Oh well, Here's what It looked like before lowering, and after, you get the Idea.
Heres the After shots

yeah i loved it when i was back in highschool wiht my GS. chick are always about the cars back in highschool. especially when u goto house parties that get busted by the police, they are least likely to hold ur car part of that party, so always park ur car on the side of the road across the streets.
hey BLUE what part of town are u from? are you graduating this year?

Josh: Yeah, I do love all the attention from driving around my highschool. I'm over in the memorial/bunker hill portion of Houston.
Next year man, one more year til im outa here and onto college.
D: Yeah, the rear is still a little lower, kinda like it tucked in the rear. Shows how long they can actually go.
blue: Yeah, taking off the trim was the best choice and mod ive done. I tried to buy the trunk lid from him, but he said it was glued on, and he couldnt take it off, oh well, Ill get it custom done. Add one more to the spectra blue mafia

Looks great, congrats. I have a 210w6 box right now and it sounds so nice and clean, you like the 12's? It must pound! Those windows are dark huh? Up here the legal limit is 35% and they still bust ***** sometimes. Overall nice clean blue lex and oh the Lsportline kit is great lol.
