Alright friends. I am having a tough time choosing a color of wheel. I like Lxogood's chrome on silver. I like Synergy's new gunmetal/charcoal look. What about plain silver? Which do you guys prefer?

its tough to really say, silver is just one of those colors that can adapt to any finish, like you said the chrome on LXO's (or D-MAN63) car is nice, while Synergy's new look is nice, and also alwilliams brushed aluminum on silver looks good.

The one thing I tend to notice is with darker hued wheels on silver, the gunmetal seems to look better IMO. In addition to synergy's ride, there was a silver GS with gunmetal Gettins around and that thing looked hot.

Whats more your style? I tend to favor more "lusterous" finishes

i don't have a gs.. but my homie's silver gs looks harddddd with 20" flat silver with a polished lip.. thats what i have on my soarer also.. i'm not a fan of chrome so if it was for myself, i'd go with silver wit da polished lip..

it depends on how you mod your car..... the vibe you want to present and just your personal opinion.... might as well ask other members to mod your car for you. Personally I like the things that contrast and a little off the center of the grain..... I say go Gunmetal with a polished lip.... but its your car.... I think w/ the GS market already saturated w/ Chrome... Go something a little more aggressive.

I would really like to see a Bronze GS w/ Black wheels w/ Bronze lip... just envisioning the black tires and wheels stretched w/ the Bronze lip I think would look way HOTT

Personally, I love chrome and always will. The one exception...a silver car. If I had a silver car, I'd get silver or machined finish wheels with high polish or chrome lips. It's just so cool. In fact , I'll be getting another car one day soon. I've already decided on silver. I'll probably get those TSW Thruxton's and have them painted the same silver as the car. Or something close to this wheel with super lips. Have the lips polished to the max.
Of course I believe you can never go wrong with chrome. I think spending this much money on wheels that don't have a max effect (without being tasteless) doesn't make sense.
Take your time, look at a lot of wheels. Go to a wheel shop and have the salesman take your choices out to the car and place them next to it. You'll know the right one when you see it.

I'm not trying to cause trouble but I believe there aren't more choices because this is not a poll of what you or I like. Usually, people restrict the choices to the ones they're considering. Hearing different viewpoints helps but ultimately he has to make a choice. LOL
