My problem did not get fixed because the dealer found out they didn't have the right ECU in stock! Oh well... no biggie, I got work done while I waited for them to realize that plus they immaculately cleaned the car.

gswatkins, I will let them know that the speed sensor fixed your problem. I wonder why the on board diagnostics do not tell the techs that that's what the problem is.

Hello all,

I thought it was really funny reading this thread. I have the same exact problem too (VSC-ABS-VSC OFF Lights). It just started on Thurday night. Seemed to have fixed itself, then it happened again. I just took it back to the Glendale dealer. Got a 2001 RX300 as a loaner!

Yup, mine goes away for a few minutes once in a while then comes back. Please let me know what your dealer does as soon as you can.

My dealer says it's the ABS computer yet another owner here says a wheel speed sensor was the problem.

They suspect the speed sensor... I haven't looked at it yet, but they are blaming the TRD swaybars... they are actually pinching the wire to it...

This doesn't make much sense to me since the TRD sways are the same size as stock. They're heavier but the same diameter.

Well, after the dealer replaced the ABS computer a couple of weeks ago, they told me 'er, it wasn't the computer, but we now know it's the front right speed sensor!' So they ordered that and installed it today... no more lights on so far!

I told you to check with my tech, he solved the problem a long time ago with the speed sensor.

Thanks Lance. I wasn't about to ask my dealer to call another dealer in California unless I was really desperate. The delays were mainly me, not the dealer.

Glad to hear they finally fixed it. Must feel good driving around without the video game lights on the dash.
