Need help with windshield wipers
After Longo's service, my wipers are sitting higher than normal. The service consultant told me I can pull something on the wipers for them to resume normal position. Anyone know how to do this? Don't feel like take it back to dealer for this little thing. Thanks!

it's possible your wiper arms are in the higher position, as for blade replacement.
the wiper arms have two positions when not operating, one is all the way down (nigh hidden below the hood), the other is exposed to allow blade replacement.
changing the position merely requires force in the desired direction, a pull up for blade replacement, and a push down again when finished.
if this is in fact your situation, there is more detail in the owner's manual.

jonathancl has it right, there's 2 positions:
1. "Stowed" position (wiper blades hidden below the hood, helps w/ aerodynamic flow and noise)--this is the normal position that I use for most of the year (exceptions below).
2. "Winter" position (wiper blades exposed above the hood, minimizes the snow from keeping the blades from being stuck in a low position). This position is also used for changing wiper blades, or getting clearance for cleaning the windshield or when washing the car.
To get it from either position to the other, just push down (or pull up) the wiper arm (I do it at the joint of the wiper arm and the wiper blade), with force parallel to the flat surface of the windshield. The force you might have to give is moderate, but it will "snap" into the position desired. The movement is about 4 inches either way.
That is, to get it from "winter" to "stowed", I push the wiper arm/blade down towards the bottom of the windshield (following the plane of the windshield). To get the blades from "stowed" to "winter", I pull the wiper blade/arm upwards to the top of the windshield (following the plane of the windshield).
