My biggest dislike is the length of the arm rests on the doors. If the slope upwards started an inch or two closer to the dash it would be more comfortable as my fingers now are bent upwards. 2nd dislike is that there are no dealers close to my house. Picky Picky Picky
Biggest Likes: 1.Pushing riders back in their seats any time I want by stepping on the gas. 2. The looks and compliments I get even in stock form about the BCP color.

The hesitation is due to drive by wire throttle control....

You guys asked for it... Here are my gs300 complaints...
1) 5 Lexus's in the family... None have a decent seat
2) GS = neither her nor there / not performance and not true luxury
3) Mods are expensive and do not do very much
4) Very difficult to do any mods or wiring
5) Extremely small and extremely heavy rims
6) Very expensive tires
7) With the lightest foot and a few angry people behind me I still only get 21 mpg.
8) I drove the slowest car in the world for a year when my MAF sensor went out without throwing a code.
9) Tranny cant start in 1st and tiptronic shifts before it would in auto
10) Where the hell is my turbo
11) Every time I make a hard turn there are 3 huge thuds from the front (38k miles mind you)
12) No real hid without spending 1/10 of the cars current value
13) AC takes 500 rpm and still isnt cold
14) Brakes suck (I have new pads and fluid level is correct)
15) Nearly got crushed when the stupid 1/18" thick jack point snapped.
16) No remote start or hope of putting one in
Sorry, I'm gad I finally vented

I'd have to disagree with you on alot of those...
1) It is a decent seat for the price of a mid luxury level car
2) You get what you pay for, a MID level
4) Mods are not difficult
5) It is not not a full luxury car so what do you expect on spacec, and they have aftermarket wheels
6) What does tires have to do with a gs? You can get any kind of tires you want and they could be expensive for any car
7) What do you expect for a 3.0/4.0/4.3 liter car
10) In JAPAN
13) My ac is cold, you should get yours checked
15) They have other points for your jack stand that are more secure
Sorry, it's just alot of those complaints could be for any car..

Dislikes:
Thud and creaks in the front when hitting bumps or poor paved roads.
Brakes feel a little weak.
X2 on the rear seat not being able to fold down.![Frown](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)

The V8 power!
Quality Lexus paint, car is 10yrs old and paint still shines.
The turning radius for the size of this car. thumb up.
Still love my GS and i never get tired of driving it.

Dislikes:
-MPG-I get the same as my friend's RX300 and it's an SUV
-floaty suspension-drove a TL for a week and it got way better handling, I know its a lower car with FWD so it gets better handling, but the GS is still floaty
-Ugly green background on controls, almost any other color would have been better, preferably black w/white characters
-Non-HID stock, for a Lexus I think it should come standard
Likes:
-Paint still looks amazing for my 2002 model
-Prem. Sound System is pretty impressive in my opinion for stock, especially when comparing to other cars
-Stock chrome 17" look good
-Quality is superior
