1.creeking/sqeeking sunroof.
2.steering wheel creeks when car is first started and moves .ONLY happens to me when car extreamly hot inside.
3.wish the rear seat would go down for more trunk space when hauling items.
4.wish car would show MPG like my old 528I did.

Dislikes:
1) Snap crackle pop sounds from the console and vents. This occurs when it is 90F outside and you put the AC on. As the different components reach temperature equilibrium they snap crackle pop. This is not acceptable in any car. I have felted and siliconed but still have some like my passenger side AC vent which requires tearing the whole dash apart to remove. I
2) Rattles throughout the car, sun roof cover, glove box door on occasion.
3) When cold seems a little sluggish for the first 2 or 3 minutes, I know picky but my 97 bonneville with 130k ran the same cold or hot.
4) Poor gas mileage considering premuim recommended I use 87 octane and am satisfied with the mileage. I can tell no difference in performance between the 87 and 93 so I save the $3.20/week
Likes:
1) Great brakes
2) Zero vibration through steering wheel on any surface
3) Nice comfortable seats although once again I had to track down a rattle and repair
4) Engine smoothness
5) No wind noise

Poor Pioneer stock system
When putting on Aftermarket wheels, the vibrations from it without Hub Rings
Kinda Floaty stock suspension
Cold Starts on the car and then driving, they really do feel sluggish
The shakes at 75 MPH on the passenger seat

More wood for the interior
Sound system, especially the bass (I have RX before and it has better bass than GS)
HID should be standard for all GS.
Gas milage.
So far, that's all and i love the rest.

Dislikes:
1= Small rear leg room. Even an avalon has more room in the back. Yes, FWD vs. RWD thing. Couldn't they just make it roomier?
2=That hump in the middle back seat. Again, makes the rear leg room even more cramped.
3=Center dash not as luxurious as ES, Avalon.
4=Need more touch of wood.
5=Mooshy suspensions
6=Mooshy brakes, unlike the RX...Is this ok to compare against an SUV brakes?
7=Dinky standard 16's.
8=NO window UP on the remote
LIKES:
1=So smooth and quiet
2=Toyota reliability
3=Extremely comfortable seats
3=Optitron dash
4=Full size spare
5=One touch windows/sunroof
6=Not too exspensive to repair, unlike Germans.
Why couldn't we do this rating thing before the 2nd gen GS came out?

1- the location of the heated seat buttons, you can't see them
2- To view the outside temp you have to hit climate, but to change the inside temp you have to hit adjust, you should be able to see outside temp and adjust with either button.
3- I can roll the windows down with my key fob, but I can't roll them up with it.
4- Gas and Trunk button location.
5- Steering wheel does not telescope far enough.
6- 17" wheels are too small for the car.
7- No auto sensing wipers
8- Cup holder is too small
9- Nav system you have to touch I agree every time you start the car. This is annoying!
10- Sunroof wind noise.

And the reason for the pass. shakes is probably related to the same issue or a wheel balance issue?

No, because I've had aftermarket wheels with out a Hub Rings on a IS 300 and an LS 430 and there was no shaking at any speeds. Wheels are balanced by my Lexus dealership and new Hub Rings and still get the shakes.
