Default GS300 CPO Advice Needed.

Need some help here guys.
I already have a GS400 withs ome goodies on it. It is not my everyday car. It is my garage queen. My beater is pretty much beat. I have found a 2001 CPO GS300 with 25,500 miles on it. It is selling for $26,000 plus tax, and title. It has all the options I want. The stereo is a just the regular lexus premium stereo wtih the changer. There is NOT navigation. The car is very clean. Came off of a lease. It is silver in color with a spoiler. What do you think of this price?

Any other car suggestions for the $25,000 and under range? I am just trying to get a car for everyday driving. I would love to stay with Lexus but with a new house and a wedding I have to stay with the 25k figure above.

Any help is appreciated.

Spartan.

the price seems a bit high to me. a gs430 at that mileage might only be a bit more expensive. but as soon as the new GS hit the floor next yr our cars would drop in price even more

I'm still doing research for my wife and I on what we should buy early next year. Yesterday evening I, too, pulled pricing and found most 2001 CPO GS300s with 25k-40k miles on them going for about $24500-$29500 on Autotrader.com. I did a nationwide search as I am willing to fly to a dealer and drive the vehicle back to get what we want.

I have found some 2001 CPO GS430s starting as low as $29900. If you take a look on Autotrader you'll find a black one located in I believe Atlanta (Metro Lexus?) at that price. I have also noticed that Kuni Lexus usually prices their CPO vehicles at the bottom end of the pricing.

If you decide to get the silver GS300, make sure the brake light and spoiler LEDs don't go off together, that looks so cheesy!

Best of luck to you and let us know what you end up purchasing.
