LXOGOOD,

you might be able to have that fixed. My dad bought a 97 Cadillac Deville and the front bumper was cracked on it, the guy he bought it from was also a body man and he said that he could weld the plastic with a plastic welder and re-paint it which when he did and it looked brand new. and it wasn't very expensive either.
