Second Gen GS were never dual color. That was strictly a first-gen thing.

I would bet large sums that the infrastructure to handle the transmitting of better quality pictures, ie. bigger files and faster speeds, is much better in the EU and Japan than it is here......

Europe uses GSM900/1800 which is basically the standard world wide for GSM except N/A. N/A sucks. That means Europe can use all the nice Asian phones, plus most unique european ones.
