I think I made a bad purchase. My new 98 GS400 which showed up on carfax with a minor accident in 1998 to the drivers rear....now seems to have a bent frame. Bought the car, it drove straight, but had a vibration at 70mph. Went to get wheels balanced, they said look at front drivers tire- wearing badly on side, you need an alignment - went and got allignment on Hunter lazer sytem, and was set up correctly, but now the car PULLS TO THE RIGHT LIKE A SON_OF _A _BEEYYATCH. I want to PUKE. My mechanic says to me, "this thing must have been hit alot harder than you think, and its probably a little twisted. Bring it to a frame place and let them look at it." He also points out two wripples on the roof on each side of the sunroof. He says that the roof buckled from the impact, and they never fixed it. I such an idiot, that I DID see those when I was looking at the car to buy it, but I thought it was something I never noticed before it was so suttle, and since it was symetrical, I blew it off as my own stupidity...


Carfax only guarantees for stuff that doesn't show up on the report, and you find it....not for someone misrepresenting the severity of the accident, or does it....anyone know what my best course of action is?

The car also has wind noise, missing plugs underneath....I've read the posts, and need to get the plugs on the bottom, and do the side mirror fix.

BOdy seams are not even..... it now seems the whole thing has been taken apart, put together, and half-*** painted...

I looked RIGHT THROUGH ALL OF THIS when I looked it over in broad daylight. I was trusting the guy selling it. HE WAS A COP!!!!!


So what should I do with the car now....
