Just getting started and learning about the different mods I can do. Lowering it would be neat, but i was skeptical after hearing stories of damage. I think it's just the quality of work that has to be done to get the job done right! I want to install navigation/dvd touchscreen next. Any good info would help on that.

there will be no damage caused by lowering the car, unless you have a real idiot doing the install. Anyone with the least bit of mechanical knowledge can do that for you at a minimal cost. The only damage that may be caused by lowering the car is slight tire wear on the inside edge of the tire due to the camber being slightly off, meaning the wheel slightly angled out at the bottom. If you dont lower the car very much (eibach kit is 1" for example) you should not have an issue with that.

Moral of the story......lower the car to get them 20's sitting nice and tight!

Thanks for all the support! Well....support for gettin in debt, LoL. Yes! I agree lowering it would make it look better. So this may be my next project as a result of being of member of CL. Now I want HIDs, Rear executive spoiler(u know the kind that looks like a little flap....love that look), Internal Navigation( I currently have the compaq presario, with NAVMAN GPS mounted, works great and portable), and some INTERIOR WORK. I'm a Lefty and my right arm is always on the armRest....Now my leather looks all compressed and dingy. I cleaned it with leather cleaner, that seemed to discolor it. So, I've got a lot of work to do!!!
