Default front license plate: should i put it on?

ok, since im getting new front bumper after my accident, i have an option not to put the license plate. anyway, ive lost my front plate on the accident. my q is, will i get into trouble with cops for not having the front one? is it worth the hassle with them for a clean front end look?

see if you can make a custom bracket to fit you front license plate. i wouldn't drill into the front bumper. i'm trying to see if i can do some simple brackets so i can easily take if off or on.

I'm supposed to use a front plate in my state, but I dont. I hate the way the car looks with it.

Leave it off. If you get stopped, your new bumper excuse is reasonable and will not evoke further scrutiny.

yes you cn sitl get in trouble and get a fix ticket, no matter how you explain.

why not just follow my footsteps and drill holes from under the bumper. no holes in the front, i take off the licence plate and it's still clean as hell

I don't even pay attention if I have a license plate on my cars at all. I have never been stopped for it and I have been told it is only a fix it ticket and something like $75. Why bother? What's that...14 years of driving....$5 a year and still going lower. The added look is worth it! My 2 cents.

thanks neo for the link yeah, i think it's a very good way of doing it. here in cali cops are ***, they pull you over just coz' they like to, so i try to avoid them as much as i can

for the fun of it, my wife got pulled over the FIRST day she drove the gs4 (no front plate back then). hahhaa
