i want 3.76 gears bad, but knowing that he had those mods makes me feel better about my car.
don't get me wrong I don't regret the TC at all my car is much more responsive than before.

It makes for even finer shifting to handle the extra gobs of power from a supercharged GS..

At one point, the SC was on there.
With the SC the car had the stock gearing, since the 3.76 just spun the tires too ez.
The valve body upgrade results in firm and quicker shifts. It's good whether the car has an SC or not.
Every time I read a post complaining about a sluggish shifting tranny, I say to myself, "HUH, don't know what you're talking about".
This is a typical mod offered on American muscle cars by such makers as B & M. Those kits offer various levels of shifting from performance to race. With the race level, some high HP cars will chirp the tires in 2nd or 3rd gear, whether you like it or not. The valve bodymods by RMM and SRT don't do that !
As far as the burn out, the one in the video was shot on old wheathered rocky asphalt which has a lot of grip, so it took some hard launching technique to get the tires to break. I melted a permanent scar in the ground. LOL Freeze frame the video on DVD, you'll see it.
Try burning out on smooth asphalt or concrete. Brake launch at 1800 rpm and floor it upon release. You gotta be able to get some scratch that way !
I recently did a burn out on fresh smooth pavement that left a 10-15 foot mark. I did two runs and had the whole thing shot on video too, but "SOMEONE" forgot to charge the battery in their camcorder and we got squat !
Guess I'll have to re-shoot the video some time again soon, right Henry !

I don't really consider the exhaust as part of a "serious" performance mod especially considering performance from a dead stop.
