how did you get the corporate manager's manager's number? it would seem to me that obtaining that information would be difficult and not readily available on the internet...

i told the manager that i was not satisfied with the awnsers he gave me and i wanted to speak to his boss, he has to give me that information , if not i would have called the corporate office and filed a complaint. at first he told me he didnt have a boss. i had to remind him that he didn't own the omni, and someone had to hire him thats who's number i wanted.....believe me the higher you go up the less they want to hear about it they want to know why it has to be taken that far.

okay, finally i get somewhere, you dont know how many times they told me to bad i was out of luck, but i stayed persistant, going higher and higher in the chain of command, and belive me the higher you get the less the want to hear about the kind of problems. they always insisted that it was the policy! everything was there policy, so finally i said ok i can understand you have policies, fax them to me, i think i caught them off guard, i told the corporate manager if he did not have there policies faxed to me by the end of the business day he would hear from my attorney( a big bluff an attorney would cost more than my wheels, but i was willing to fight for whats right!) anyway an insurance adjuster finally called me that afternoon and said the would have an agent come appraise the damage, and agent drove down from alington today and took pictures and got copies of reciepts. they said they would have a total tommorown and send me a check! finally justice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i guess i should say that when i get a check!
