In my morning and afternoon commute, I generally drive at the high end of the flow of traffic. That is generally in the 80mph range.

Well today for some reason, I wanted to try and drive slower. I moved to the middle lane and set cruise at approx 62MPH (speed limit is 55mph, so I really wasn't doing the speed limit ) Anyway, it was killing me! I really felt like I was crawling. The worst was getting passed by nearly everyone. I have to say, every GS I pass on the highway is always with some old person driving like a snail. It seems like such a waste!

Anyway, I bet I got good gas mileage...

I've tried the same thing. I ususally drive aroudn 75-80 which is about the flow or a little faster than the flow of traffic. The speed limit ranges from 55-70 but is mostly 65mph. In the middle of Atlanta on I-75 it is 55 and NOBODY goes that speed, they are still zipping along above 70-75. Well, I tried going about 70 - as still felt like I was going SO slow...everyone passed me too. Felt safe though...lol. TOO safe, like I could let go of the wheel, sit in the back of the car and drive with my legs!!!

Why spend so much money on a car and never drive it to its potential. It makes me mad. All I know is that if Im spending cash on a sports car... im gonna make sure to drive it to its potential..

I generally hit 100, but a few of these toll roads call for 140+. Cant wait to bounce the computer! Or loose the license??????

Well, I don't want to risk loosing my liscence by driving fast all of the time...I would be so depressed. I LOVE to drive and if that were taken away then...well. I wouldn't want that to happen. I spent all that money for luxury and safe driving at highway speeds, I don't feel I have to drive fast all the time. The power is there when necessary.
