I recently taded in a T-100 pickup (had TRD supercharger and cat-back) for a '98 burnished gold GS400 and love how well it pulls through second gear. The quality is as I would suspect from a Toyo/Lex: superb; however, the fun factor is much more than I anticipated. I'm not big on the color, but I'm putting on tints today and I've grown to like the color more.

Welcome
Lex-Toyo,
Welcome to ClubLexus. Great choice of trade-in! You'll come to like the GS as much as we do. Some of us are waiting for the supercharger for the GS4, also.
Enjoy.

I have considered all the mods talked about. The car is still under warranty so I'm not fond of the TC mod. I would go for the S/C if Lex/or TRD had one available through the dealership. Is there a possibility for that in the future?
I like the idea of the intake, however, with what I know about the mass air flow sensor, it will require the ECU upgrade (piggyback?) to make a difference. I don't want the sound without the power. So, the Swift intake makes sense but I'm not sure the performance is worth the money. I would like to see a S/C from the dealership, that would be a no brainer for me.
I'm getting tints (35) put on as I write this. Hopefully the charcoal tints will look good on my gold car.
