when to expcet 2005 Lexus GS
Does anyone know when these babies are going to hit the show room? I am planning on buying a used GS430, but I want to wait till the new ones hit. So I can pick and choose on good quality used GSs on the market. I feel around that time a lot of people, and older people too, who have taken care of their Lexus will be selling them. I would have a wide variety to choose from.

Wow I can't believe that my car is already a "3 year old" car, it feels like I just bought the thing yesterday. I am still very much in love with my car, YES it is my baby =) I doubt any other car will give me as much satisfaction as this car gave me. No matter what car I drive I always love driving my car much more. Ok sorry I got all touchy feely in this thread but just thought i'd get those comments out, haha

Yeah, I've got an '02 GS also and didn't realize it is now 3 years old (at least model year wise).
The next gen GS really sounds great on paper, esp. w/ all wheel drive and to a lesser degree adaptive headlights, keyless ignition, and backup camera. Not sure if I like the styling though, the rear 1/4 kind of looks similar to the G35 sedan. Also, I guess there won't be much of a performance gain since its the same motor w/ same hp/torque ratings. I would've thought Lexus might have bumped up the engine size like Mercedes did w/ the E430 to E500, and BMW did w/ the 540i to 545i.
