95,99,102 Octane.

91 octane super unleaded reached as high as $3.60 per gallon here in Northern California.

Haha, $3.60 is a bargain!!!! Given that UK gallons are 20% larger than US gallons, we are paying close to £1 a litre now, which works out around $1.70 in your prices. As you can imagine, I sometimes walk or take the bicycle rather than the GS since the 20mpg economy hurts! 
Alas, I'm considering switching to a modern diesel that will return around 50mpg even with an automatic gearbox..
