he did it himself . If you really want it, and don't have skills (don' t think you can do it)
ask him, or someone to do it and maybe pay them money (dough, moula, pieces, benjies, francs....etc)
Also this famoud guy in japan did it, here is his website:
If you do want to try it yourself, use the search buttom at the bottom of the page, and type in different things like headlights q45.
