Boy its windy in here...
anyone ever notice how windy it gets inside the second gen GS when the front windows only are down??? there is a serious amount of wind coming through the windows, even when they are cracked just a bit. Anyone know if what this is attributed to?? will the window vent shades help erraticate this? I like driving with the windows down (especially when winter starts to come around Florida and the temps drop to the high 70's), but i feel like a tool with the passenger side down and the roof open.

I have found that if you open the front, a ton of air comes in, but if you open the front and the back, the amount of air that comes in, flows through the back and you only get the air from behind you. With the sunroof open, it allows air to flow back up by your head and out, so it feels like more air, but if you leave it closed and all 4 windows down, the air from the front flows through the back windows and you can feel the air behind your head. BEAUTIFUL. Seems like i have this down to a science!!! lol

ya john i have been doing that since i learned the trick a couple years ago, ....also if u open the sunroof and crack just one of the rear windows(i think its better if u crack the passenger rear window) a great light breeze will flow thorugh u'r car thats amazeing...

I do the same as bluelex, crack a rear window about 2-4 inches and that really helps. I like driving with my sunroof open, driverside front window and 'cracked-open rear passenger side. Of course this is usually in the morning, when it's cooler ( you know like 80F or so, here in South Florida in the summer ). During the cooler months I get to enjoy more of the 'no a/c' time.
