Your best bet is to replace the leather with new one. Should not be that much.

If it's a small puncture/tear call the Service Manager at your Lexus dealer to find out who they use to repair leather. I had to have the climate control screen replaced on my SC430 and in doing the job the technician made a small cut on the surrounding leather, The dealership had their leather repair contractor make the repair and you cannot tell the difference. It's your money, but my suggestion is to first try repairing the tear before you consider replacing the leather.

yeah the dealer uses some kind of compound that melts the leather back together...if that should fail u could always hit up a junkyard and get a armrest for cheap i would assume.

BTW i had long scraps on my pass seat, like someone with keys in their back pocket shifting around in the seat. my service rep told me what they do, they melt the two ends together and re-dye the leather.
